The Details.
01 Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise specified during purchase. Sales, specials, or discounts on shipping can be applied at checkout. Shipping discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

02 We ship our art via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you provide NZ Post/NZ Couriers authority to leave your parcel, please ensure you choose a safe place, as we take no responsibility for damaged or lost pieces once left at your property.

03 If there are no customisations to the piece you have purchased, it will be shipped the next business day.

04 Pieces that are made to order will be shipped within 10 business days unless otherwise communicated to you.

05 Commission pieces or specially customised pieces will be shipped as soon as possible - we will be keeping you up to date on progress.

06 Please note that selecting 'Overnight Courier' does not necessarily mean you will get your art piece the next day depending on the additional work that may be required to complete the piece as per your order and/or the day/time of the week you have purchased it. However, once your finished piece has been shipped it will be delivered either over night (Overnight Courier) or within 3-4 business days (Tracked). Please contact us if you want to clarify or get an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for your order. 07 Due to most of our art pieces being custom, I can't accept returns. If you are not happy with your piece when you receive it, please get in touch and let us know asap. We will then see what can be done on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted, shipping costs will not be refundable and you will have to carry the cost of shipping the item back to us.

08 Commission deposits are non-refundable. No exact replicas can be made because of the nature of the resin, therefore please allow for variation in the final product when requesting similar styles or ordering made to order artwork.
